Cradle hold

 

Lay your baby so that his entire body is facing yours. Lay his head in the bend of your arm and support his back with your forearm and his buttom with your hand. Your free hand can now be used to support and guide your breast for your baby. Bring your baby to your breast whilst guiding your breast with your free hand to your babys mouth. Touch his lips with your nipple; this should cause him to open his mouth to look for your nipple. Bring him closer ensuring your nipple is completely in his mouth. As long as your breast isn't too heavy for him you may wish to let go of your breast and put it under his bottom for extra support.
